Complete the Application below
Make sure you answer all of the questions and include your Healthcare Provider's name and phone number. If you do not have a doctor yet, just answer "none".
Talk to a finance manager
As soon as you submit your request, one of our Finance Managers will review your credit and then they will call you to go over your options.
Sign pre-approval
If you qualify, the Finance Manager will send you a pre-qualification form that you will need to complete and return.
complete the lender agreements and get funded
Finally, you will need to complete the lender forms and then the funds will be sent to your bank account in 24 to 48 hours.
